3 Common Habits that are killing you slowly but Surely
The Issue with common bad habits is they go unnoticed at first.
It's been said many times before and I’ll say it again one more time, that habits make us who we are, how? Think about it. What would you call a person who has a habit of smoking a cigarette after every meal? A smoker surely (By the way smoking is not on our today's list of slowly killing habits).
As always, you know that I also give solutions to a problem, instead of just listing something and not telling you what to do about it. So there will be suggestions, ideas, and my personally tested solution for each bad habit.
1- Easily Distractable
Now, this might seem like not a big deal, if you think you only get distracted for a few minutes here and there. But it is something you need to work on, because it is not about how much of the time you were distracted by reels, youtube shorts, or gossiping at work. It is about how much same energy you could have invested in something valuable which could in return pay you 10 fold. That is what I am talking about, spending that time somewhere else is how you should start thinking about it
